1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VidEarn (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have legal guardian consent, where permitted) and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law.

3) Account & Security

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

4) Tasks & Verification

• Tasks include (without limitation) watching videos, following pages, liking content, or visiting sites.
• Each task specifies estimated time and reward. Completion may require timers or verification checks.
• We may use technical signals to verify genuine activity and prevent abuse.
• We may decline credit or reverse rewards where fraud, manipulation, or policy breaches are detected.

5) Rewards, VDE & Wallet

• Rewards are denominated in VDE and are credited to your in-app wallet upon successful verification.
• VDE is a platform reward unit with no intrinsic or guaranteed monetary value.
• Balances may change due to adjustments, reversals, bonuses, or system corrections.
• We may impose limits on earning, transfers, and withdrawals for risk or compliance reasons.

6) Swaps & Withdrawals

• Conversion of VDE to USDT (or other assets) may be available on a rolling basis and subject to network availability and regional eligibility.
• Fees, minimums, maximums, KYC/AML checks, and processing times may apply.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible; ensure correct network and wallet addresses.
• We do not guarantee asset prices, availability of networks, or any specific completion time.

7) Referrals & Promotions

• Referral rewards and promotions are governed by specific program terms which may change from time to time.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are prohibited and may result in reversal and/or account action.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or other fraudulent techniques to game tasks or rewards.
• Interfere with the Service, attempt to circumvent security, or exploit bugs.
• Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Violate any applicable law, third-party platform policy, or these Terms.

9) Fees & Taxes

• We may charge fees for certain features (e.g., swaps, withdrawals). Fees will be disclosed in-app or at point of use.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service or rewards received.

10) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to VidEarn and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

11) User Content

If you submit content (e.g., messages, feedback), you grant VidEarn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for Service operation and improvement. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.

12) Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party sites or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Review their terms before engaging.

13) Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or security risks.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

14) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or that any defects will be corrected.

15) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VID EARN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VidEarn from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of [Insert Venue] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where arbitration applies.

18) Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Optional)

You and VidEarn waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Notwithstanding, you may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect IP or confidential information.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and notify you as required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
